One Mom, Two Kids. Over $30,000 in Debt. If I Can Pay It Off, You Can Too.
Credit cards, medical bills, a student loan and a car loan all totaling over $30,000 - and all paid. I shared a bit about my passion for living a financially free life in an earlier post and I've also shared that I'm passionate about helping others, specifically, women put a plan in place that will help ease the anxiety, fear, and unknowingness that surrounds a topic we often try to avoid discussing when we are seemingly living paycheck to paycheck - money.
Well, this thing started happening that I'm really excited about! I've heard from other moms, several of them actually, like me, and they've asked how to "fix" their financial situation and eliminate debt. I know that if I can do it with a little patience, planning, and diligence ANYONE can. The requests to assist have reached a point where a workshop makes sense and so, I created one! Momming on a Budget is not just a category for this blog anymore; it's a real thing and I couldn't be more happy to go on this journey with other mamas!
I'll spend time each week during the month of August working with these amazing women one-on-one and help them come up with their plan of action. My current schedule will allow me to work with up to 15 ladies and a few spots have already been filled.
A plan for our finances affects so much more than the bills we pay - it affects our well being, how we spend our time and the legacy we create. The plan I stuck to made space for me to take a $15,00 pay cut, (yes, you read that right) and ultimately make the jump to entrepreneurship.
If you or someone you know would like to be a part of the workshop and would like more information on the August schedule and costs you can click here and send me a note.
